Skill Up, Stay Ahead—Active Safety Training On-Demand
Empowering ADAS test teams with the Active Safety Academy, delivering specialized, on-demand training to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and keep engineers at the forefront of technology.
Many companies struggle to get the most out of their ADAS test equipment due to gaps in training and skill development. Undertrained engineers often miss opportunities to maximize equipment capabilities, while frequent errors and misuse lead to increased maintenance costs and project delays. New hires, typically trained in general principles rather than specific applications, face a steep learning curve that can impact productivity. These inefficiencies not only drive up operational costs but can also strain client relationships when projects run over time and budget. Our Active Safety Academy provides a solution with accessible training that equips engineers with the specialized skills they need. With flexible, on-demand learning and progress tracking, our academy helps companies enhance resource efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver consistently high-quality project outcomes.
TRAINING COURSES
Flexible Training for Smarter Safer Operations
The Academy offers a truly flexible learning experience with adaptive learning paths that adjust to each user’s pace, ensuring that they master every concept without feeling rushed. As a web-based application, it’s accessible from any device—whether in the office on a computer or on the go using a phone or tablet—making it easy for participants to learn wherever they are. The Academy includes rich library of on-demand resources, like:
available anytime for quick reference or deeper study. Operators can continually improve their skills at their own speed, while supervisors gain valuable insights by monitoring employee progress and knowledge development, helping maintain consistent quality across teams. |
Unlock Knowledge, Drive Success
Our current training offerings cover comprehensive courses on the UFOpro, UFOmicro, and UFOnano systems. Each course includes focused modules on essential topics like infrastructure setup, battery charging protocols, hardware components, and assembly processes. Additionally, participants gain experience and knowledge with the software that powers these systems, including UFObase, Target Generator, and the GNSS Configurator. This structured approach ensures a well-rounded understanding of both hardware and software essentials. In the near future, we’ll expand the curriculum to include new courses on the DRm and DRc devices, alongside modules for software updates and maintenance best practices. This progression keeps learners up-to-date with the latest in our technology, preparing them to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently and confidently.
Knowledge at Your Pace, Excellence in Every Test
After completing each training course, operators take a quiz designed to test their knowledge and reinforce what they’ve learned. Passing the quiz not only demonstrates their understanding but also earns them a certificate, validating the specific skills and knowledge they’ve acquired. These certificates are valuable for both operators and employers, as they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, showing that employees are trained to a recognized level of proficiency. By having certified operators, companies can better gauge their team’s knowledge levels, supporting more informed project assignments and skill development.
