Impact Test System

The rope-pendulum with linear actuator allows a speed of up to 9 m/s and guarantees a precise and reproducible point of impact of the testing probe. Especially the new security concept, without protective fences, allows a comparably compact new size peculiarly in the low height of the system.

The automated way of operating along four axes creates a high flexibility with the scope of all dummy types and diverse other testing scenarios. The easy and precise positioning can be done at the touch panel. This system includes the handling of all coming test dummy types and testing scenarios. The flexibility of the test bench realizes various scopes of operation beyond the certification of dummies.
